The event will be held between 27 and 30 August, with the expectation of the presence of 180 exhibitors and 16 thousand visitors
Focused on novelties, innovation and content for the ornamental stone sector, Cachoeiro Stone Fair completes 30 years of history and supports the development of the segment. Held in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim – the Brazilian capital of marble and largest park for the processing of ornamental stones in the country – the fair takes place from August 27th to 30th.
From 1989 onwards, a lot has changed: the event has gone from 32 exhibitors to around 180 and receives more than 16 thousand visitors from all Brazilian states and 18 countries every year.
Flávia Milaneze, coordinator of the event, underscores the recognition that Cachoeiro Stone Fair has gained over the years, achieving the status of the main Brazilian market fair. “In addition to bringing together great news first-hand, the fair creates an environment conducive to the realization of great deals within the entire production chain of the sector,” he recalled.
She also said that one of the novelties for this year’s edition is the National Meeting of Marmorarias, which will bring together the leading marble producers from all over the country to discuss the challenges and opportunities for the sector. The parallel program will also feature another edition of the Portas Abertas (Open Doors) project, which will take visitors to get a closer look at the venues of the exhibiting companies in the region; and the Marmorista Club, where a select group of national buyers are invited to visit the fair, expanding business opportunities.
The Cachoeiro Stone Fair 2019 is presented by Milanez & Milaneze, company of the VeronaFiere Group, with promotion of Sindirochas and Cetemag and support of Abirochas and the Academy of Rocks.
